Group Programs

If you’re here, you’ve probably been through your fair share of fad diets and detox challenges. You’ve tried the DIY approach to a comprehensive lifestyle makeover, so you know firsthand that it’s not as easy as all the listicles make it seem.

 

With every attempt, the positive results you saw in the first week or so faded as your old habits fell back into place. The shame and negative self-talk crept in, wearing away at your resolve, until you were back to where you started.

 

You know the steps you need to take if you want to pave the way for a healthier you. But the path is dark and shrouded in uncertainty, or self-doubt. You need help illuminating the way and a hand to help you up when you stumble. We all do.

 

Choosing to change your habits and improve your health is hard work, and it’s not something you do overnight. It takes time and outside support. That’s why you shouldn’t try to bear that burden alone.

 

Support could take the form of coaching, or accountability buddies, or simply someone to vent to when the going gets tough. We’re stronger when we do it together.

 

Soon I’ll be offering group programs designed to address specific health challenges. By tackling these hurdles together, we can support and learn from one another as we all embark on our healing journeys.
