Group Coaching

If one-on-one coaching sounds a bit intimidating to start with, then you’ve come to the right place (though I promise I don’t bite!). While one-on-one coaching creates the time and space for me to deeply understand your health challenges, group coaching has its own unique benefits.

For Example:

Working toward your health goals in a group format gives you the opportunity to practice expressing your emotions and forging deeper connections with other people. What’s more, seeing your own experience reflected in the stories of others will reinforce the realization that you are not alone.

 

Studies have shown that you’re much more likely to achieve your goals when you share them with others! That’s called accountability. As a community of women who share your struggle, we will offer loving support as you push procrastination aside, overcome the obstacles in your path, and grow to express your fullest potential.

 

It may come as a surprise, but I don’t know everything. I can offer you time-tested tools and evidence-based exercises to guide you on your health and spiritual journey, but ultimately, these tools and practices are only the ones that I’m familiar with (and that have worked for my body). Each and every one of you will bring your own experience and knowledge to the table so that we can collaborate and creatively brainstorm solutions to each other’s problems.

 

You will get many of the same health tips in a group program as you would in my one-one-one coaching, but at a fraction of the price. That way you can dip your toe into these healing waters and see if you’re ready to take on a more in-depth program.

 

Most importantly, this group model is about having fun! Working in a group allows us to create a safe, social space for creativity, curiosity, and celebration.

How it Works:

We meet every other week to discuss a new module. With 12 modules to cover that means this is a 6 month commitment.

Each module meeting will be structured as follows:

    • 2 minute breathing/meditation exercise
    • 20 minute presentation on topic
    • Q & A and/or thought provoking discussion questions
    • Homework assignments!
    • Gratitudes

 

Each module covers a different topic. None require previous knowledge of the subject. Admissions to the group is on a rolling basis so you can jump in at any point and cycle through the modules until you get back to where you started.
In the week between these topic meetings, we will meet for a quick check in. Each member can share their health challenges and triumphs, so we can all offer our support, advice, and congratulations!
